Story
I am Lauren Sampson, founder and owner of Eunoia Journey. My path to self-discovery began through energy healing and has continued through meditation and coaching. For years, I grappled with life's challenges and sought answers to the questions that echoed within me. It was during these moments of struggle that I discovered the profound impact inner contemplation and reflection can have when combine with meditation, energy healing and the guidance of a skilled coach.
To better serve those seeking their own paths to personal growth, I completed my coaching certification at Anne Arundel County Community College. This educational milestone provided me with a solid foundation of coaching principles and a deep understanding of the power of asking thought-provoking questions. I am a certified Reiki Master and Meditation Instructor, 200-CMT. These educational experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to facilitate transformative experiences, which became the cornerstones of Eunoia Journey.
